Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)
At the Sonrise MOPS group you will get connected to other moms,
enjoy a light breakfast (without anyone picking from your plate!)
hear from speakers who have been selected to help us
grow as women and moms, and more!
Your preschooler will be cared for in the MOPPETS program that we offer during this time.
